Registration Confirmation

You will receive e-mail confirmation within 2 days of receipt of your registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact fmaamari@mafraq-hosp.ae

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing. A $ 50 (USD) processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.
Refunds requested in writing prior to August 31 will be issued for the amount of the tuition paid less the $ 50 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be made on or after that date.

Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes in the faculty roster and course program if unanticipated future events render them necessary.

ACCREDITATION

• The Health Authority - Abu Dhabi designates this educational activity for a maximum of 21 Category 1 CME credits.
  
• The Royal College of Pathologists (UK) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 21 CPD credits ,(Participants requiring RCPD certification should be enrolled in the CPD scheme).
